Sales Development Representative

About the role

EngageTech is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join its growing SDR team. You will be the first point of contact with prospective customers, helping to generate new business opportunities for our clients across a range of industries. The role includes a comprehensive three‑month training academy and the chance to earn commission from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound prospecting primarily through cold calling.
• Initiate conversations with business leaders and qualify leads.
• Gather information on prospects' goals, challenges, and priorities during discovery calls.
• Maintain organized outreach activity in a fast‑paced sales environment.
• Collaborate with teammates, managers, and clients to share insights and celebrate progress.
• Represent EngageTech professionally as an early point of contact for potential customers.
