Sales Development Representative

About the role

Dtee Digital, a Sydney‑based digital marketing agency, is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to generate qualified discovery calls for its founder. You will engage tradies and service businesses across Australia through phone and direct‑message outreach, acting as the first point of contact.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect tradies and service businesses nationwide.
• Conduct cold calls and direct‑message outreach to initiate conversations.
• Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls for the founder.
• Manage daily outreach activity independently without micromanagement.
• Track outreach metrics and continuously improve conversion rates.

Required profile

• Proven experience in appointment setting, cold outreach, or B2B sales (agency background a plus).
• Comfortable speaking on the phone and handling objections naturally.
• Self‑starter who can organise their own day and meet targets.
• Strong written communication; messages feel personal, not templated.
• Familiarity with the trades and service industry language.
• Results‑driven and motivated by commission‑based earnings.
