Sales Development Representative - Australia & APAC

About the role

Huzzle connects talent with companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe and Australia. Its client is a high-growth sales acceleration partner with over 13 years of experience, helping mid-market and enterprise organisations in the UK, Europe and North America scale revenue through outsourced demand generation and business development. The client is expanding into the Australian and Singaporean markets and is looking for a Sales Development Representative to act as its frontline ambassador, engaging senior finance leadership at major enterprises and driving the adoption of financial technology implementations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Development, Outbound Sales or Lead Generation.
• Demonstrated experience selling to and influencing CFOs, FDs or VPs of Finance.
• Fluency in French (C1/C2) and strong English; a natural Australian accent is highly preferred.
• Proven experience targeting or selling into French-speaking markets (France, Belgium, Switzerland, Quebec).
• Strong track record of exceeding outbound sales targets.
• Ability to commit to an initial two-week training period working UK time (BST/GMT).
• Highly organised, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and self-driven.

Required skills

• CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• Nice to have: experience selling consultancy services or financial technology implementations, familiarity with CCH Tagetik, Workiva, Sage Intacct, FloQast, Pigment, Oracle NetSuite or Kyriba, background generating leads for industry events, knowledge of SaaS or financial services.
