Sales Coordinator

About the role

Galderma, a global dermatology company active in around 90 countries, is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join its team in North Sydney. The role supports the smooth running of sales operations by coordinating sales activities, managing customer relationships and supporting the sales team. It is a permanent, full-time position with one day per week working from home.

Key responsibilities

• Sales coordination and support: assist with order processing, inventory management and logistics, and provide administrative and operational support
• Relationship management: build and maintain positive relationships with customers, partners and internal teams
• Sales training: support the onboarding of sales teams with guidance on product knowledge, sales techniques and company policies
• Contract management: help manage customer contracts, including negotiations, renewals and compliance, so terms are clear and followed
• Data analysis and reporting: analyse sales data, market trends and customer insights, and produce regular sales reports and dashboards tracking performance, KPIs and targets

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales support or a related role
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Knowledge of the consumer and prescription market is a plus

• Proficiency in the MS Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
