Sales Associate – Executive Program Engagement

About the role

ADAPT is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join its Delegate Acquisition team. Based in the Sydney head office, you will work in a hybrid setting, driving outreach to senior executives and guiding them through the full sales cycle for executive programs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage new decision‑makers to attend ADAPT executive programs and join the community.
• Conduct cold and warm calls using provided or generated leads.
• Communicate features and benefits of offerings to address prospect pain points.
• Build rapport and trust with senior executives, overcoming objections to move prospects through the pipeline.
• Maintain accurate interaction records and sales activities in Salesforce.
• Track performance against KPIs and continuously refine cold‑calling techniques.
• Apply ADAPT’s sales methodology consistently.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of sales or business‑development experience, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
• Proven ability to interact with senior‑level executives.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Results‑driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Full working rights in Australia.
