Sales Assistant – Retail Customer Service

About the role

Join Autobarn as a Sales Assistant and help customers get road‑ready. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will deliver exceptional service and support store sales targets in a friendly, inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide product advice and exceptional customer service to all shoppers.
• Assist in achieving store sales and performance targets.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑presented store environment.
• Support stock management, merchandising, and inventory control.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety practices.

Required profile

• Hands‑on, customer‑focused attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Organisational skills and eagerness to learn and grow.
• Previous retail or customer service experience (preferred).
• Basic computer literacy.
