Sales Assistant

About the role

RentingEase is seeking a full‑time Sales Assistant to join its on‑site team in Sydney. The role supports the sales department by handling client inquiries, coordinating property viewings and keeping lead records up to date.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries via phone, email and in‑person.
• Schedule and organise property viewings for prospective tenants and buyers.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions and follow‑ups in the CRM system.
• Prepare basic sales documentation and assist in creating property portfolios and presentations.
• Collaborate with sales representatives, operations and customer service to ensure smooth client experiences.
• Perform daily administrative tasks related to sales activities and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and customer‑service skills with a professional, empathetic approach.
• Clear written and spoken English; additional regional languages are a plus.
• Basic understanding of sales processes, lead management and follow‑up practices.
• Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple inquiries, schedules and documentation.
• Relevant experience in real estate, hospitality or other customer‑facing roles preferred.
• Ability to work on‑site in a fast‑paced environment and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
