About the role
Join H&M as a Sales Advisor in Ringwood, working 16 hours per week. You will be the face of the store, helping customers discover fashion that fits their style while supporting store operations.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and guide customers, sharing product knowledge to help them make informed choices.
- Maintain a well‑stocked, organized sales floor and back‑of‑house area.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures and ensure a positive brand representation.
Required profile
- Experience in customer service within fashion or retail.
- Passionate about fashion, collaborative, communicative and eager to learn.
- Flexible, action‑oriented and comfortable using store technology.
