Sales & Account Manager

About the role

A family-owned Australian manufacturer with more than 35 years in the industry is looking for a Sales & Account Manager in Queanbeyan. The role manages and grows a portfolio of customer accounts while winning new business, owning the full customer journey from first enquiry and quote through to order, production and delivery. It is a full-time position.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and prepare accurate quotes using MYOB
• Drive sales growth by following up open quotes and making outbound calls to existing and prospective customers
• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity records in Pipedrive
• Track orders through production and keep customers updated on delivery timelines
• Take ownership of customer issues and coordinate timely resolution

Required profile

• At least 1 year of sales experience, ideally phone-based or B2B/trade rather than retail-only
• Confident, clear phone communication and a professional manner
• Proactive approach and willingness to make outbound calls
• Comfortable working independently within a small, close-knit team
• Full Australian work rights, ongoing with no visa restrictions

Required skills

• CRM/ERP experience
• Pipedrive and MYOB knowledge highly regarded though not essential

What we offer

• Salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year plus superannuation, negotiable based on experience
