Room Attendant – Luxury Beachside Resort

About the role

Join the Housekeeping team at Pullman Bunker Bay, a 5‑star luxury resort set on the stunning Margaret River coastline. As a Room Attendant you will ensure each guest room is immaculate, creating a welcoming environment that reflects the resort’s high standards of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean guest rooms, including changing linens, sanitising bathrooms, and dusting surfaces.
• Maintain housekeeping trolleys, restocking supplies and keeping equipment organised.
• Follow safety protocols when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Respect guest privacy and security at all times.
• Report any maintenance issues promptly to ensure a flawless guest experience.

Required profile

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar cleaning role is advantageous.
• Warm, welcoming communication style with guests and team members.
• Strong attention to detail and efficient time‑management skills.
• Physical ability to navigate stairs and walk between rooms throughout the shift.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
