Room Attendant

About the role

As a Room Attendant at Mantra Chatswood, you will be a key member of the Housekeeping team, ensuring every guest room is spotless and welcoming. Your attention to detail and friendly attitude will help create memorable stays for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean guest rooms, including changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, and wiping down surfaces.
• Maintain and restock housekeeping trolleys with all necessary supplies.
• Use cleaning materials safely and follow all health‑and‑safety protocols.
• Respect guest privacy and security at all times.
• Report any maintenance issues promptly to ensure a flawless guest experience.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a cleaner or room attendant is a plus.
• Warm, welcoming communication style that makes guests and teammates feel at home.
• Strong eye for detail, efficient time management and pride in work.
• Physical ability to navigate stairs and walk between rooms throughout the shift.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
