Room Attendant

About the role

As a Room Attendant at Mantra Amphora, you will be a key member of the Housekeeping team, ensuring each guest room is immaculate and welcoming. You will work in a vibrant beachside resort, supporting guests to enjoy a memorable tropical stay.

Key responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean guest rooms, including changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, and wiping surfaces.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards in line with hotel guidelines.
• Restock and organise housekeeping trolleys with necessary supplies.
• Handle cleaning materials safely and follow all safety protocols.
• Respect guest privacy and security at all times.
• Report any maintenance issues promptly to ensure a flawless guest experience.

Required profile

• Previous experience in cleaning or room attendant role is a plus.
• Warm, welcoming communication style that makes guests and teammates feel at home.
• Strong attention to detail and efficient time‑management.
• Physical ability to navigate stairs and walk between rooms throughout the shift.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
