Room Attendant

About the role

The Room Attendant is a key member of the Housekeeping team at Mantra on View, ensuring guest rooms are immaculate and welcoming. You will work closely with colleagues to deliver a high‑standard hospitality experience for leisure and corporate travellers.

Key responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean guest rooms, including changing linens, sanitising bathrooms and wiping surfaces.
• Maintain housekeeping trolleys, keeping supplies organised and fully stocked.
• Use cleaning products safely and follow all health‑and‑safety protocols.
• Respect guest privacy and security at all times.
• Report any maintenance issues promptly to ensure a flawless stay.

Required profile

• Previous experience in cleaning or room‑attendant roles is a plus.
• Warm, welcoming communication style with guests and team members.
• Strong attention to detail and efficient time‑management.
• Physical ability to navigate stairs and walk between rooms.
• Reliable transport and flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
