Roller Operator – Spray Seal (WA)

About the role

We are looking for a Roller Operator to join our Spray Seal team in Western Australia. You will operate rollers on regional and interstate road surfacing projects, supporting spreader and spray activities while working safely within a mobile, fast‑paced crew.

Key responsibilities

• Operate rollers during spray seal operations.
• Assist spreader and spray crews on site.
• Perform general labour and plant support duties.
• Adhere to safety procedures and work collaboratively with the team.
• Travel and work away from home across WA and interstate locations as required.

Required profile

• Current HR licence (essential).
• White Card (General Construction Induction).
• Experience operating rollers or similar plant (preferred).
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
• Willingness to travel and work away from home.
