Revenue Manager

About the role

Reporting into the Head of Revenue & Distribution, the Revenue Manager sits in a wider team divided by geographic region. You will own a portfolio of properties with overall responsibility for maximising yield for both the business and its clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximise revenue and occupancy.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activities and consumer behaviour to inform decision‑making.
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align revenue goals with overall business objectives.
• Utilise analytics tools to forecast demand and optimise inventory distribution.
• Provide recommendations for promotional activities and discounts to drive sales.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the leisure, travel and tourism industry.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in revenue management or a related field within the leisure, travel and tourism industry.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Results‑driven mindset focused on maximising revenue opportunities.
• A relevant degree in business, analytics or a related field is advantageous.
