Revenue Manager – Hotel Cluster

About the role

Minor Hotels is looking for an experienced Revenue Manager to lead revenue performance for a cluster of hotels. Reporting to the Director of Revenue, you will drive pricing strategy, forecasting and market share growth across multiple properties.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement pricing and yield strategies to maximise revenue across all channels.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and hotel performance to identify revenue opportunities.
• Deliver accurate forecasting, reporting and performance insights to key stakeholders.
• Lead weekly revenue reviews and support monthly commercial performance meetings.
• Manage distribution channels, channel costs and direct booking performance.
• Conduct displacement analysis and provide strategic recommendations on group business opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years' experience in hotel revenue management or reservations.
• Strong knowledge of revenue management principles and commercial strategy.
• Advanced analytical and reporting capabilities with intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Qualification in Hospitality, Tourism, Business or related discipline (highly regarded).

Required skills

• iDeaS G3 or similar revenue management system.
• SiteMinder or comparable channel management system.
• Advanced Excel.
