About the role

Ampol, one of Australia's leading convenience retailers, is looking for a Retail Team Member in Wangaratta. The role keeps stores running smoothly through merchandising, inventory management and stock control, while handling POS transactions and cash reconciliations so each shift ends accurately and securely.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and put customers first.
  • Support the Store Manager in daily operations.
  • Work closely with colleagues in a team environment.
  • Maintain high standards of safety and accuracy.
  • Be available for weekends and overnight shifts when needed.

Required profile

  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to operate a POS and handle cash accurately.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, with overnight and weekend availability a must.
