Retail Operations Intern (Paid)

About the role

Christian Dior Australia & New Zealand is offering a paid Retail Operations Internship in Sydney. The role provides hands‑on exposure to the day‑to‑day coordination and administration of boutique, warehouse and retail office activities within a luxury environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Retail Operations team across boutiques and the retail office.
• Assist in preparing, organising and following up on operational tasks, reports, trackers and documentation.
• Support after‑sales and customer‑care processes, including tracking requests and maintaining accurate service records.
• Help coordinate retail‑operations projects and digital‑tool initiatives, tracking actions, timelines and stakeholder follow‑ups.
• Assist with boutique logistics such as orders, vendor invoices, packaging supplies and event preparation.
• Maintain records for IT equipment (mobile phones, laptops, iPads) and log operational requests with internal teams.
• Provide ad‑hoc support to boutiques to ensure service standards are met.

• Motivated, organised and detail‑oriented individual.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks and meet deadlines.
