About the role

Aussie, a mortgage broking brand founded in 1992, is hiring retail mortgage brokers across several stores in Queensland. You work mainly from an Aussie retail store, helping customers achieve their property dreams. The role is self-employed and commission-based, with unlimited earning potential.

Key responsibilities

• Manage phone, online and walk-in enquiries
• Assist leads provided to you by Aussie
• Build your pipeline and referral networks within your community
• Provide lending advice to customers
• Guide customers through the home loan application process

Required profile

• Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking; if you do not have it, instruction on how to obtain it is provided
• Prior experience in mortgage broking or lending is advantageous, but full training is provided
• A background in sales or customer service helps
• A strong drive to build a successful mortgage broking business
• An ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences
