Retail & Hospitality Staff – No Experience Required

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic retail and hospitality staff to join A1 Promotions on a casual basis. No prior experience is required – you will receive full paid training and the chance to work at a variety of high‑traffic events across Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers face‑to‑face at events, shopping centres, trade shows and sporting venues.
• Promote and sell products on behalf of leading Australian brands.
• Acquire new customers and generate sales leads.
• Maintain a professional and friendly appearance while representing the company.

Required profile

• Positive attitude and willingness to have fun at work.
• Strong communication confidence when interacting with the public.
• Availability to work Monday‑Friday, with no late‑night shifts.

• Excellent verbal communication.
• Customer service orientation.
