Retail CPAP Therapy Consultant (Part‑time)

About the role

Air Liquide Healthcare Australia is seeking a Retail CPAP Therapy Consultant to join the Leura clinic on a part‑time basis. You will act as the first point of contact for patients with sleep‑disordered breathing, guiding them through diagnosis, treatment selection and ongoing support. The role combines clinical evaluation with customer‑focused service.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the initial contact for new and existing patients.
• Conduct diagnostic evaluations, including titration studies, for sleep‑disordered breathing.
• Advise patients on CPAP equipment selection, setup and maintenance.
• Provide follow‑up appointments for newly diagnosed patients and ongoing support for existing users.
• Educate patients and families about sleep disorders, evaluation procedures and treatment options.
• Collaborate with physicians, healthcare professionals and service providers.
• Promote and upsell the clinic’s product range and services.
• Maintain and sterilise clinic equipment and manage stock.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational and administrative abilities.
• Experience in customer service across all interaction stages.
• Genuine interest in CPAP therapy and sleep medicine.
• Valid Australian working rights.

• CPAP equipment setup and maintenance.
• Conducting titration studies for sleep apnea patients.
