Retail Coffee Experience Trainer (Boutique)

At Nespresso we blend passionate people and exceptional products to create careers that elevate coffee and everyday life. We are seeking a passionate Coffee Expert to lead, inspire and elevate the coffee experience in our Chatswood boutique.

Key responsibilities

• Share coffee expertise to ignite love of coffee among team and customers.
• Plan, deliver and review engaging coffee training sessions and masterclasses.
• Lead coffee launches and tasting experiences, ensuring high standards.
• Act as the boutique’s coffee leader, building team capability and a learning culture.
• Support daily operations, including opening and closing duties as a keyholder.
• Create meaningful customer connections with passion, knowledge and warmth.

Required profile

• A true coffee lover with desire to inspire others.
• Experience in retail or hospitality, preferably with training or leadership exposure.
• Confidence delivering workshops or coaching team members.
• Strong communicator who creates memorable customer experiences.
• Leader who leads by example, supports the team and thrives in a fast‑paced boutique.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and keyholder duties.
