Retail Coach – Luxury Retail Training (Full-time)

About the role

Join the Retail Excellence team as a Retail Coach, mentoring Tiffany & Co. businesses across New South Wales. You will partner with Boutique Leaders and the Client Advisory community to teach premium in‑store experiences and client‑eling skills, leading from the front to develop high‑performing teams and uphold sales and service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support leadership teams by coaching Client Advisors, monitoring floor interactions and providing real‑time feedback on strengths and development areas.
• Coach performance by collaborating with store leaders to identify opportunities using observations, sales dashboards and NPS scores.
• Partner with leadership and HR to review store and individual KPI performance.
• Deliver training programs covering client services, sales techniques, product knowledge and new‑starter onboarding.
• Assess and review training impact to embed learned concepts.

Required profile

• Strong facilitation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interact with all employee levels and demonstrate self‑awareness.
• Empowers teams, holds self and others accountable, and fosters a learning mindset.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and travel as needed.
• Preferred senior leadership experience in premium customer‑service businesses, jewelry/watch industry background, gemology qualification (GAA or GIA), and training/facilitation experience.
