Retail Assistant – Optical & Luxury Eyewear

About the role

Join the OPSM team at Eyehub as a Retail Assistant, helping customers through every step of their optical journey – from initial consultation and pre‑testing to selecting high‑fashion frames from luxury brands.

Key responsibilities

• Guide customers through eye examinations and frame selection.
• Provide product knowledge on premium eyewear brands such as CHANEL, Tiffany & Co., Gucci, Ray‑Ban, Oakley, Prada and more.
• Assist with fitting, adjustments, and after‑sales service.
• Maintain a welcoming store environment and ensure visual merchandising standards.
• Drive sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Required profile

• Retail experience – optical background preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication skills and a quick learner.
• Passion for helping customers see clearly and enjoy fashion.
