Key responsibilities

• Provide warm, friendly, and consistent customer service.
• Take orders in person and through approved ordering systems.
• Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and handle cash and electronic transactions accurately.
• Prepare and assemble food and beverages according to recipes and food‑safety standards.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and courteously.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across kitchen, service, and dining areas.
• Wash dishes, assist with waste disposal, and follow all health and safety policies.
