About the role

Join the Papa John’s pizza family as a Restaurant Team Member, where you’ll be the friendly face serving customers hot, made‑to‑order meals. You’ll work on the makeline, preparing food that brings families together.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure orders are delivered hot and correctly.
• Prepare pizza and other menu items on the makeline according to company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the point‑of‑sale system.
• Assist with opening, closing, and shift duties as needed.

Required profile

• Positive attitude and a desire to work as part of a team.
• At least 16 years old (18 for delivery driver roles).
• Willingness to work nights and weekends during busy periods.
• Ability to lift or move up to 25 lb and stand for extended periods.
