About the role

Join Mad Mex as a Restaurant Team Member at the Westfield Shopping Centre in Doncaster. You’ll be part of a fast‑paced, playful environment where you help prepare fresh Mexican dishes and deliver friendly service to guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble Baja‑style burritos, tacos and other menu items following Mad Mex standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to food hygiene regulations.
• Provide prompt, courteous service and ensure a positive guest experience.
• Support team members during busy periods and assist with stock replenishment.
