About the role

Zeus Street Greek is looking for a Restaurant Manager in Woden Valley, ACT. You will take full ownership of your restaurant and lead the delivery of exceptional food, service and team culture. It is a hands-on leadership role where you will inspire and develop your team, drive performance through people and manage the restaurant's P&L.

Required profile

• Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Proven track record of achieving and driving KPIs
• Outstanding customer service capability
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ideally strong financial and commercial acumen, able to spot sales and P&L opportunities and partner with the team on solutions
