Restaurant Manager – Fast‑service Mexican Chain

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead one of our fast‑service Mexican outlets. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, fostering a positive workplace culture, and driving profitable results.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring food quality, presentation, and service standards are met.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and manage a team, conducting performance reviews and handling employee issues.
• Manage inventory, place orders with suppliers, and control stock levels.
• Handle office administration tasks including cash handling, banking, payroll, and policy compliance.
• Prepare and monitor profit & loss statements, budgets, and cost controls for food and labour.
• Maintain cleanliness of production areas, dining room, and overall restaurant.
• Enforce health, safety, and security standards and provide WHS training to staff.

Required profile

• Previous experience managing a restaurant or similar fast‑service food outlet.
