Restaurant Manager – Fast‑Casual Mexican Chain

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our Zambrero outlet in Marrickville. You will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience, maintaining high food quality, and driving profitable results while upholding our humanitarian mission.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the restaurant team, handling hiring, training, performance reviews, rostering and employee relations.
• Ensure food is prepared, presented and served to the highest standards.
• Manage stock ordering, inventory control and supplier relationships.
• Oversee office administration including paperwork, banking, cash handling, payroll and policy compliance.
• Prepare and monitor profit and loss statements, budgets and cost controls for goods and labour.
• Maintain cleanliness of production areas, dining room and overall restaurant on a daily and weekly basis.
• Enforce safety and security standards and provide WHS training to staff.

Required profile

• Previous experience managing a restaurant or similar fast‑service food outlet.
