Residential Site Supervisor - Custom Homes

About the role

A Newcastle-based residential builder known for custom homes is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee delivery of architecturally designed custom homes from start to finish. The role suits someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys building client relationships and understands the detail needed for bespoke projects. The builder has a strong pipeline of secured projects across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and the Hunter Region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple residential projects throughout the construction lifecycle
• Coordinate trades, subcontractors and suppliers on site
• Ensure projects are delivered on programme and within budget
• Conduct quality inspections and maintain high build standards
• Maintain site safety and regulatory compliance
• Liaise directly with clients throughout the build
• Manage defects, handovers and project closeout
• Foster positive relationships with subcontractors and stakeholders

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Site Supervisor in residential construction
• Proven experience delivering custom, luxury or architecturally designed homes
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Current driving licence
• Relevant building qualifications highly regarded
