Reservations Supervisor – Cruise Operations

About the role

The Reservations Supervisor leads the Reservations Team to ensure smooth booking operations and an exceptional guest experience for Cruise Whitsundays, Australia’s leading experiential tourism provider.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily reservations activities, maintaining efficiency and service excellence.
• Support the Customer Service & Sales Manager with team leadership and escalation handling.
• Manage staff rosters, monitor hours, and coordinate training and development.
• Oversee bookings, manifests, and vessel availability, adjusting for demand and weather conditions.
• Ensure accurate invoicing, vessel reconciliation, and strong performance across website and OTA channels.
• Communicate updates, promotions, and operational changes clearly to the team.
• Assist with reporting and maintain accurate internal documentation.
