Reservations & Rooms Control Agent

About the role

Join Sheraton as a Reservations & Rooms Control Agent, handling incoming calls, managing guest requests, and ensuring seamless booking experiences for guests at the Port Douglas location.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and redirect all incoming hotel calls to appropriate departments.
• Analyse and update guest requests to create tailored experiences.
• Handle hotel outlet reservations and guest orders.
• Assist and coordinate guest bookings, exceeding expectations.
• Build relationships with guests to encourage future bookings.
• Liaise with other departments to deliver service excellence.
• Complete reservation administration tasks and support the team.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Relevant experience in a similar reservations role.
• Legal right to work in Australia.
• Self‑motivated, driven and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Customer service orientation.
• Ability to use reservation systems.
