Reservations Agent

About the role

As a Reservations Agent at Pullman Melbourne on the Park, you will be the first point of contact for guests looking to book their stay. You will ensure a smooth, accurate booking process while delivering the high‑standard service that defines the Accor brand.

Key responsibilities

• Manage guest bookings, changes, and cancellations with precision.
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email and other channels.
• Provide detailed information on room types, rates, packages and hotel amenities.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of promotions, local attractions and hotel services.
• Record special requests and communicate them to relevant departments.
• Collaborate with Front Office and other teams to maximise occupancy and revenue.
• Resolve booking‑related issues quickly and professionally.

Required profile

• Previous experience in reservations or customer service within hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shift patterns.
• Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Positive, professional attitude with a passion for guest satisfaction.

Required skills

• Proficiency with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Familiarity with reservations software.
