Research Coordinator

About the role

Join a respected investment research team as a Research Coordinator, where you will keep daily operations running smoothly and build strong relationships across the financial services industry. Key responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate sector review meetings, manage calendars, arrange logistics and travel for the research team and fund managers.
• Prepare, upload, and manage contracts and opportunities using CRM and electronic‑signature platforms, monitoring outstanding actions.
• Manage shared inboxes, respond to enquiries and route requests to the appropriate research team members.
• Draft meeting agendas, maintain registers and ensure research documentation is accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Support operational efficiency through effective administration and coordination activities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Legal and Research teams, to ensure timely and accurate process completion.

Required profile

• Experience in an administration or coordination role, preferably within financial services, fintech, wealth management or a similarly regulated environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholder interactions professionally.
• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and organisational ability when handling competing priorities.
• Proactive, service‑oriented attitude and a willingness to support team members.

Required skills

• High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
