About the role
Join RecXchange as a Remote Recruiter and work from anywhere while accessing live global vacancies. You will source and submit candidates for client roles and earn a placement fee for each successful hire.
Key responsibilities
- Access and review active global job openings on the platform.
- Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates into hiring processes.
- Collaborate with other independent recruiters on shared opportunities.
