About the role
Join RecXchange as a Remote Recruiter and work from anywhere in the world. You will access live global vacancies on the platform, submit qualified candidates, and receive placement fees ranging from $3,000 to $11,000 per successful hire.
Key responsibilities
- Browse and select active global job openings on the RecXchange platform.
- Source, screen, and submit candidates that match client requirements.
- Collaborate with other independent recruiters on shared opportunities.
- Track candidate progress and ensure successful placements to earn fees.
Required profile
- Experienced agency or freelance recruiter seeking additional income streams.
- Professional with a strong network of qualified candidates.
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own pipeline.
- Available to start sourcing candidates immediately.
