About the role
Join RecXchange as a Remote Recruiter and work from anywhere while accessing live global vacancies. You will source and submit qualified candidates for client roles and receive a placement fee of $3,000‑$11,000 for each successful hire.
Key responsibilities
- Access and review active global job openings on the RecXchange platform.
- Source, screen, and submit candidates into ongoing hiring processes.
- Collaborate with other independent recruiters on shared opportunities.
- Earn placement fees based on successful candidate hires.
Required profile
- Experienced agency or freelance recruiter looking for additional placements.
- Professional with a strong network of candidates across various industries.
- Available to work remotely and manage multiple client roles simultaneously.
