Relief Management - 40 Room Motel, Junee

About the role

Australian Relief Management is recruiting a relief manager for a 40-room motel in Junee. The initial placement runs from 10 to 15 December 2026, with a further 6-week relief assignment available across January and February 2027. Linen services are outsourced.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the 40-room motel.
• Manage Front Office and Reception operations.
• Oversee a large food and beverage operation and work alongside the established F&B team.
• Maintain high standards of guest service and property presentation.
• Ensure smooth motel operations throughout the relief period.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Motel or Caravan Park Management is essential.
• Experience overseeing a substantial food and beverage operation.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills, and ability to work with an established F&B team.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills, hands-on approach to daily motel operations.

Required skills

• Front office and reception skills.
• Experience with GuestPoint and SiteMinder is highly regarded.
