Relationship Manager

About the role

Hireup is looking for a Relationship Manager to own the end‑to‑end experience of clients using its NDIS‑registered platform. You will act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, their families and support coordinators, ensuring safe, high‑quality support and driving platform utilisation.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison for assigned Hireup clients, handling enquiries, escalations and building support‑worker teams.
• Monitor client activity, conduct regular check‑ins and re‑engagement actions to maintain high platform usage.
• Identify and promote additional Hireup service offerings to increase utilisation hours.
• Resolve incidents, concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Track account metrics and report on client retention and growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management, customer success or customer service.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with the ability to engage clients, families and support coordinators.
• Resilience, curiosity and a proactive, solution‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid or remote environment across Australia.
