Relationship Manager - Business Banking

About the role

Macquarie is looking for a Relationship Manager to generate balance sheet and revenue growth by delivering superior service and insights to new and existing clients. The role covers Residential Real Estate, Commercial Real Estate and State Industries, and focuses on understanding each client's business needs and tailoring value-driven solutions.

Required profile

• Prior experience as a relationship manager, preferably within business banking
• Ability to understand complex business structures and financial data
• Proven ability to deliver results and meet targets
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build long-standing client relationships
