Relationship Manager – Agribusiness (Dubbo)

About the role

Join Suncorp Bank’s agribusiness team in Dubbo as a Relationship Manager. You will be responsible for building and maintaining trusted relationships with agribusiness customers, delivering tailored banking solutions that support their growth and operational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of agribusiness customers by providing customised lending, transactional and risk‑management solutions.
• Identify opportunities to deepen existing relationships and acquire new business to achieve sustainable portfolio growth.
• Conduct financial analysis, credit assessments and regular portfolio reviews to ensure sound risk management.
• Develop and execute business development plans using local market insights to strengthen the bank’s presence in the agricultural community.
• Collaborate with specialist partners, credit teams and internal stakeholders to deliver seamless customer experiences.
• Engage with local industry groups, community networks and agricultural events to generate new opportunities.
• Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements, risk policies and best‑practice standards.
