Reinvention Domain Architect – Business Model

About the role

The senior growth and business model innovation lead for Avanade Next will help clients discover AI‑driven revenue, services, products and market opportunities, then turn those ideas into funded, tested and scalable ventures.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Business & Growth Models domain across APAC, leading AI‑enabled growth strategies and venture concepts.
• Advise boards and executive teams on growth options, disruption risks and investment choices, shaping mandates focused on new revenue and business‑model change.
• Take clients from opportunity identification through costed business models, commercial pathways and working prototypes, designing platform, ecosystem, subscription and agent‑enabled models.
• Build domain capability across the consulting bench through hiring, mentoring and leadership, and contribute growth plays and financial models to the APAC library.

Required profile

• 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, venture building, product leadership or commercial innovation.
• Proven track record of taking new business, product or service models from concept to revenue.
• Strong commercial and financial modelling capability under uncertainty.

Required skills

• Practical understanding of agentic AI possibilities and limitations.
• Comfort working with engineers to prototype ideas.
