Rehabilitation Consultant

About the role

As a Rehabilitation Consultant you will support injured workers throughout their recovery journey, helping them achieve safe and sustainable return-to-work outcomes. Based in Alice Springs you will work primarily from home while conducting on-site workplace visits as required.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct workplace assessments to identify barriers and develop tailored return-to-work plans.
• Build strong relationships with clients, employers, insurers and medical professionals.
• Deliver workplace interventions and suitable duties programs that support recovery.
• Monitor client progress, provide recommendations and prepare high-quality reports.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work or a Master’s in Psychology.
• Registration with a relevant professional body (ASORC, AASW or AHPRA).
• Full Australian work rights and a valid driver’s licence with access to a car.
