Regulatory Affairs Specialist

About the role

As a member of the Regulatory Affairs team at ITSM, you will operate in a fast‑paced environment, interacting with regulators, law firms, government bodies and internal stakeholders. Your work will directly influence the company’s compliance posture and reputation across highly regulated international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret and apply complex legal, regulatory and technical documentation.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of applicable regulations through continuous monitoring and research.
• Liaise with regulators, law firms, government agencies and charities.
• Build strong relationships and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other departments to assess compliance risks and impacts.
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports and audit documentation.
• Resolve customer disputes, including coordination with third‑party dispute resolution services.

Required profile

• Exceptional written and oral communication skills, able to translate complex information for varied audiences.
• Strong critical thinker who can navigate ambiguity, assess risk and make sound judgments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Self‑motivated, organised and calm under pressure.
• Commercially minded with an understanding of how compliance supports business success.
• Sense of humour and a collaborative mindset.
