Registered Psychologist

About the role

PeopleSense by Altius, a subsidiary of Altius providing psychological services since 1998, is hiring a Registered Psychologist in Orange. The role delivers clinical and organisational psychology services to a diverse range of clients, including adults, children, adolescents and couples, with onsite attendance and critical incident response.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Employee Assistance Program (EAP) counselling and private or Medicare-rebated counselling
• Deliver onsite attendances and critical incident responses at workplaces
• Support compensation scheme work for pain-related issues, injury adjustment and trauma
• Work in multidisciplinary teams and carry out psychological assessments
• Run bespoke projects addressing specific customer and client needs
• Engage clients in short-term and long-term capacities

Required profile

• AHPRA registration as a psychologist (full registration preferred), general or clinical
• Full Australian working rights and ability to obtain a national police check
• Current driver's licence and a fully insured vehicle
• Passion for helping others and providing high-quality therapeutic services
