Registered Nurse – Aged Care (Various Shifts)

About the role

We are seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to join Arcare’s aged‑care residences across Australia. The role offers flexible AM, PM or night shifts, allowing you to balance work and personal commitments while delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care including health assessments, vital sign monitoring and medication administration.
• Assess, treat and manage wounds, ensuring infection control.
• Develop and review individualized care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
• Document clinical observations and changes accurately using eCase.
• Identify and manage pain using appropriate strategies.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide end‑of‑life support.

Required profile

• Current AHPRA registration (essential).
• Sound knowledge of Aged Care Accreditation Standards.
• Adaptable, passionate and eager to learn.
• Strong teamwork, collaboration and communication skills.
