Registered Nurse - Aged Care

About the role

Estia Health is looking for a Registered Nurse to join its team in aged care. The role suits someone who wants to make a difference in people's lives and is passionate about aged care. On a typical day, the nurse looks after residents' medical needs, keeps clinical records up to date, leads the team and sets a standard of health and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Meet residents' medical needs
• Prepare clinical documentation
• Lead staff and help them grow
• Act as a health and safety role model
• Maintain the highest standard of work

Required profile

• A genuine desire to make a difference in people's lives
• Leadership experience in clinical care
• Nursing degree and current AHPRA registration
• Solid documentation skills and knowledge of AN-ACC
