Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents
• Develop and implement personalised care plans
• Administer medications

Required profile

• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (APRA)
• Demonstrated knowledge of the legislation governing aged care
• Knowledge and experience in assessment and care planning of older people
• Ability to support and lead a multi-disciplinary team
• Commitment to contemporary aged care practice
