Registered Migration Agent (Perth or Melbourne)

About the role

Capricorn's Australian Skilled Migration is hiring a Registered Migration Agent to advise individuals and businesses on Australian visas. The position is based in either Perth or Melbourne and is full time.

Key responsibilities

• Assess client migration needs and develop tailored strategies for successful visa applications
• Prepare and lodge visa applications on behalf of clients, making sure all requirements are met
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Australian immigration law and policies
• Advocate for clients in dealings with the Department of Home Affairs
• Help clients gather documentation and prepare supporting evidence
• Deliver excellent customer service and manage client relationships throughout the process
• Stay informed of industry changes to improve the service offering

Required profile

• Registered Migration Agent qualification and current registration with OMARA
• At least 3 years' experience as a Registered Migration Agent or in a similar migration advisory role
• Strong understanding of Australian visa categories, application processes and immigration legislation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
